Suresh Chandiramani founded KSJ over 13 years ago and has led its vision, strategy, and growth since inception. With over 45 years of industry experience, he brings strong expertise and leadership. Prior to KSJ, he served as President Director at another agency in the same sector. His guidance continues to shape KSJ’s long-term direction and culture. Beyond business, he is passionate about meditation and maintains a strong interest in entrepreneurship through a range of investments.

As Managing Director at KSJ, Manjit Kaur brings over 40 years of industry experience and a strong operational focus. Known for her hands-on leadership and commitment to excellence, she ensures smooth operations and long-term efficiency. Her career spans senior roles across the industry, where she has delivered results through strategic planning and execution. Outside of work, Manjit is a passionate tennis enthusiast, drawing focus and energy from both the court and the boardroom.

Sharon has been with KSJ for over 12 years, shaped by her Indonesian upbringing, Indian roots, and U.S. education. She holds a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and brings extensive experience in international trade, with strengths in negotiation and strategy. Her passion for innovation,  business development, and art fuels her work, while travel continues to inspire her. She’s also committed to supporting underprivileged communities through charitable efforts.
